Registration on these sites is OPTIONAL. If you will skip manual registration, Social Bookmarks Submitter will skip these sites when bookmarking your URLs. However, it's highly recommended to complete manual registration - your links will appear on more social bookmarking sites and you will be able to export account data to other Social Bookmarks Submitter installation (so you may use same accounts without doing manual registration again).
